Yes, I understand that. I think that some folks here assumed that IFCR has a financial year end at the end of year as most of the companies. Especially that CEO said that 10k would be here so soon.
They have time by the end of June to file their 10k on time.
They need to catch up with all Qs for 2014 to be current and get rid of stop sign which actually should be easier and faster to do since I believe that Q filings don't have to be audited. If this is the case, then yes, it is very likely to see Q1 next week or so... Maybe someone who is in touch with the company could ask them if they are going to file Qs for 2014.
