Pump, 406 is a bit deceiving. That is shareholders of record meaning that some financial organizations count as one while they have hundreds or thousands of single account holders that trade through them. Typically with a penny stock that has a SS in the range of SEGI there are more somewhere between 2,000-10,000+ actual shareholders. You have to think about how cheap it is for someone to buy 1M shares and let them sit. I would imagine there are lots shareholders that have less than 1M shares here as well.
