LOL! How long have you been posting the nonsense about something big is going to happen?

Obviously you haven't taken the time to research how Gelmon and Hipple operate.
There isn't any good news for shareholders.

Here are a few facts that many seem to overlook.

NOHO has a yield sign on the OTCM - because they haven't filed any financials since the quarterly report for May 31, 2014!!! They are almost a year behind in filing.

NOHO filed a NT 10-K on December 2, 2014 and look who filed it good old John Burke of SKTO fame with Robert Hipple - outstanding. And look what it states in the report: "The registrant will file the annual report on or before December 15, 2014." - They are only 5 months late. LMAO!!!

And don't forget the 8-K filed about the reverse split - 1:10,000 WOW what a reverse split.

NOHO, Gelmon and Hipple love to abuse shareholders and make them like it.
