IF the management got any more than a 10% bonus this year, I will be upset. Why do you say the CEO doesn't understand the technology or industry direction? Might it be that he simply didn't realize that producing sales wouldn't be a cakewalk and therefore badly miscalculated by assuming he had plenty of money to work with to try and grow faster than was reasonable?
