You really have to have L2 to see what is going on here. For instance, VFIN is on both the Bid (@.0004) and Ask (@.0005).

Tells me VFIN is not just selling shares but buying as well to trade around his VGID position and make a profit in so doing. We may see a .0004 trade, but most likely, .0005 is the bottom here for now. I have no problem with buying .0005. And have been doing so lately, to average down.
