That seems to be the trend, to nationalize. Now, aggressive oils co's have to deal with a nations military, instead of a BOD. ALOT harder to "bend over" a military!!

Hi moxyone, it may not be 51%, it may actually be 60% if in fact this whole shindig goes through, 60% I believe is the number that Hugo Chavez has been doing with the oil & gas in his country, Evo Morales will probably do much the same...

My question is even if this whole operation turns out to actually be true and go through, how are they going to raise all the capital?

And just how big can the profit margins be since they'll be operating underneath the Bolivian-controlled COMIBOL & government entities?
