dbates77, "conference call", blah, doesn't "do it" for me personally.

I'll wait for the SEC 10-Q filing, it's all the really matters as far as I'm concerned.

Holding the conference call PRIOR to the 10-Q release is very "un-conventional" and thus I personally expect nothing but "fluff" type info in the conference call. Nothing about mass share dilution, nothing about continued use of toxic debt financing as was shown in the 10-K to be occurring all the was as recent as Jan/Feb and early March of 2015, nothing about their cash desperate position or how much they're tapping dilutive Magna, etc.

I'd highly doubt any of that (as is their typical "PR" or fluff "conference calls" of the past IMO) to even be mentioned, let alone discussed in detail.

Thus a "conference call" prior to a 10-Q being released (they're usually done after the 10-Q is released on the same or next day- that's how listed, "big boy" companies do it)- thus this type of "conference call" is of little to no value to me, IMO.

The last "conference call" was only a few months ago- and since that time the stock got plastered to its new all, all, all time low of 4/10th of ONE CENT. A fraction of a penny now (remember the ole BHRT CEO "blog" about the "value of ONE CENT", well time to re-write it IMO to the value of HALF A CENT, LOL !). They never discuss anything relevant in these "PR" style calls or in their "PR" releases that I've seen in the past few yrs- same old fluff stuff to me. Then the reality of the 10-K or 10-Q comes out, and that's where the real meat and potatoes hits, and most of the "PR" stuff is never mentioned ever again anyway, in nearly all cases I'm familiar w/ while following this company.

"conference call", blah. Doesn't cut it for me. I think their last one even said to see their web site for some "archive" and record of the prior one- when I looked for it, it's a dead link. Meaning none of it is "on the record" retained anywhere in any official recorded capacity that I'm familiar with or can find. That's why it's the SEC filings for me- they're permanent, in writing, and signed by the fiduciary and legally bound Sr Mgt to be accurate and true and reflect the "full" and accurate and true condition of the company at the time of filing.

Next SEC 10-Q filing for me. That's what I'll be looking for. That I'll read cover to cover- probably more than once even.
