They wouldn't if ntek had dumped stripped dozens of np1's off to 3rd world liquidators at pennies on the dollar. nano would have nothing to do with what happens to the part. And we don't even know if that stupid looking light wasn't some non proprietary part in the first place. ntek had no patents, and the enclosure thing wasn't even the np1, but a BOX design.
What you have here, is nano liquidating an unknown amount of probably incomplete props to who knows where for almost nothing.
One doesn't announce a partnership with 'Chinns liquidators' and expect to sell stock. There's no advertising stock sale value in that news.
It shows a complete fail and proof positive of the ntek lies all along and 'big' and the principle would not want to shine a light there.
