I think that is really great strategy if that is what their objective is.... think about it... that means that when the company hits its stride in a very short time... then those shares are taken out of the market and will not slow down the pps rise to come... that is the fatal problem with most little companies , they finally get off the ground in the pps then "bam" hit with millions and millons of restricted shares to kill the big mo!
