Thanks for actually trying to be helpful unlike D theG. I get that the laser causes melting to join the pieces together. What I don't get is how something that must be common in manufacturing can be proprietary. That is the key here. In order for this to be valuable they basically need to own the process of using a laser to join parts, which I find hard to believe. Maybe I will reach out and I will let you know the results if I do.
