I don't think dmax13 was referring to you but to dmax14 who obviously created the name to annoy dmax13 and confuse readers of this board.
I'm with you on Simmonds being held accountable. I "bought" shares through someonw working with Simmonds and never received my stock certificates--just a letter that the tradeable shares would be put into a holding company. How did others here who supposedly bought ACSX stock buy theirs?

I am annoyed at the dude who decided that he was fresh out of original ideas for a name and decided to register as dmax2014. Obviously this dude is a Simmonds Shiller, one of the few left, probably related....Mathew perhaps?

To dmax2014, go get a dictionary (assuming you are capable of reading, possible big stretch here), or pick some random letters, and come up with your own identity. Here, I'll help you...
