These links are the 3 trials we talked about on this board.The GSK we kicked it around.It really would take a scientis regarding the compound being used but as I stated I never seen anything in any SEC filing from Intellect or any public statement the agreement was terminated.

IMO if the GSK was terminated it would have beeen a material event causing such a notice from Intellect to be given but no doubt imo Pfizer is on the hook from there on defense filing which is noot not regarding the license agreement Field 2.6 which covered any diseases.

Futuremore Shapiro stated the license was standard so you can bet all of Intellects agreements have the same wording covering whatever compond not just for a certain study but any thing related to that compound.Like one said if it cures a cold sore its covered under any license agreement ILNS issues.Just the way I read/see it.

If the science don't pan out we got zero if it does we will be pleased.Time will tell.
