The "investigation" is BS

It's a nobody lawyer arriving VERY late to the lawsuit party thinking he can cash in on the "misleading" claims made by Geron about imetelstat. Right now it looks like he's fishing for disgruntled GERN shareholders to try a class action suit. He will fail at that. A judge has already dismissed (with prejudice) most of the claims in a lawsuit about the very same thing. And, IMO, Geron will easily prevail over the rest of the claims. These lawsuits/investigations come from either very disgruntled longs who bought right before the ridiculous FDA hold or they are competitors (coughINCYcough) pretending to be shareholders in an attempt keep GERN share price down. I doubt the latter is actually the case, but whatever the case may be, the lawsuits/investigations are bogus. The real crime here is that Yahoo decided to put that bottom-feeding lawyer's press release right under the summary for GERN. Ridiculous.
