Thank you - I will pass this on to the trustee.

Finally heard back, they are giving the Company until May 17th to gather their financial information, and then the Trustee's office is deciding the week after whether or not to form a committee. I would like to pass on information on the BP claim because I don't see it anywhere in public filings.

I believe it was mentioned in the court docs as well?

Why does Cal Dive not even mention this at all in their public filings? I don't see any mention of this litigation in the previous 10-K.

Why has their been no activity on this case since April 2013? I know that it's still relevant because isn't it mentioned in the DIP facility or one of the court filings? I saw it somewhere but can't find it now.

The 300 mil is from out of the 2010 10k, 3rd quarter is when they recorded the impairment, big loss and ultimately has led caldive into bankruptcy, the harm of that disaster just doesn't stop. Goodwill impairment associated with the Horizon name, I remember talking with a friend about this years ago and all these years I thought some how caldive was associated with that Deepwater Horizon rig just from the word Horizon pegged at the end. You see in 2007 caldive acquired Horizon Offshore and all the boats and rigs had Horizon pegged after the first name, for example, Texas Horizon. In the Gulf, peeps saw these rigs for years working and as the disaster unfolded they assumed it was somehow related to caldive, it caused bad will to the brand and they lost work over it and I know they have made a case out of it, great that it has all been documented. Just yesterday I was checking on this and I googled Horizon Offshore, images, what I got revealed everything, there it was the old Horizon Offshore logo and endless photos of the Deepwater Horizon ablaze and sinking into the Gulf. So we have 5 years of loses and 300 mil $ impairment, I'm predicting a big payout to caldive, should be enuf to stay in the game. I don't like the idea of a equity committee, all that is going to do is cause delays in getting them out of chapter 11.
