Whatever. I just put a contract on a house and cant find an inspector anywhere that can perform an inspection within a week. Houses flying off the market like hotcakes in Nashville. Everybody trying to get in before rates rise. Fannie and Freddie should be putting up some really good numbers from this Spring.
As for the $ market, yeah, that is probably doomed, lol.
