It may be because their lawyers won't allow them to speculate on whether or not they believe the FDA will approve. That's a big 'no-no' in the securities world. Notice how Jim has been somewhat coy in his responses to a few who have asked. This is intentional and, IMO, an intelligent move on his part. He does not want to run afoul of the SEC by stoking anything.
