Sure the price fell, but "Toxic"?? That's a misleading term to use. The price drop was for good reason (crooked management in one of the companies spending the profits), but there hasn't been any toxic financing that caused the drop, not to my knowledge. Since there's been no dilution the price could easily rebound.
I don't read charts, but I can imagine it doesn't look good. When this CEO took over the company he paid off all toxic dept. And we haven't had the quarterly report yet so its easy to assume anything. I own shares, but I'm not a buyer.
