I can confirm that I am not a stock holder nor am I associated with any IR firms. I am interested in the product and its potential, however, I have little confidence in the company at the current moment. They have zero sales and for all I know nothing in the works. This company went public with little fanfare - why? If I was the CEO I would have went public with some B/Ds on board and I would have at least had a purchase order. None of which happened.
Regarding the IR lawsuit - does the Company even have the capital to be throwing away at litigation? The litigation could turn out to be a complete disaster - no only would the company have expended a lot of money for attorneys and costs but at the end of the day they lose. Doesn't seem worth it to me. I would be focusing on purchase orders. Sometimes its worth losing a battle to win a war. Right now that war is being profitable.
