It is almost like Vancouver thinks they are their own country. City council permit for 30K for an ILLEGAL business?? They are out of control.

If VPD did their job instead of ignoring the problem. They wouldn't be in this mess. I hope the new police chief has the courage to crack down on these illegal dispensaries.
