Ted Ward is still with MMRF & has his office inside theirs. He has been in court every time BL & MMRF were there.

Was MMR aware of proceedings against Ward during patent lawsuits?
There was a post that Ward was at all the court hearings BL was at and had an office in MMR..could that be after the lost contact?

Patent Troll Can't Stop People From Accessing Their Medical Records Online Anymore

(part of news)

What about the other patents MyMedicalRecords mentioned in its demand letters and lawsuits? Those—all similar to the recently invalidated one—are in a precarious position right now. This recent decision sets a strong precedent that should make the company think twice about going after any other healthcare providers, who now have strong ammunition to fight back against infringement claims.

some past quotes oooops

Judge Wright's initial ruling was a disappoint, however that decision is being appealed. And the fact that the appellate court is taking the case is ONLY good news for the company & share holders.

The defendants attorney's wanting their legal fees paid??? Those are fools for lawyers. No one is going to pay anything especially legal fees until the lawsuit is settled.

However, when MMRGlogal, Inc. wins the case in the appeal MMRF legal fees will be covered in those licensee fee's the defendants have to pay.
