The Rover is a living eg. of the tech, not an assumption. Is it better than GOSY's, that is debatable.

Your statement "I haven't a doubt NASA already has the tech" is an assumption. Mine is based on DD.

Frankly, if GOSY tech is really so advance as you tout it to be, I'm sure NASA would be knocking at their doors already. Spencer would be tweeting about it or a PR stating a significant negotiation with NASA right about now. I do hope the defense dept jumps onto this wagon too, then the $8 ask price is a steal!
