Hmmm, gonna take a look at that link. I know TN has Homeland Security funding coming through TEMA, the state's version of FEMA. I'll see what I can find out there. The East TN Homeland Security Council covers a 16 county area and I think they have a website too. I'll check there also. Heard they just got the Knoxville PD a hotzone vehicle with Homeland Security money. Sort of like a APC with special air filtration etc. Seats 12, can withstand small explosions, etc. Might be good to put a CT in that thing. I've heard a few of those stories of stolen National Guard tanks...

I don't know enough about the Quantum Sniffer, but it looks like the Department of Defense has developed some standards for products that they will use.
