I think stacking the asks at 0.0002 is the major issue with NHPI! Otherwise it should be easily back to 0.0003 again...

NHPI needs either strong slapping actions at 0.0002s or huge bids support at 0.0001s in order to see the most recent high 0.0003 or above again!
