I am sure Raytheon knows about what TMM released and you can be sure a retraction would have been posted by TMM if untrue. Raytheon would command it. I know of one other instance where something similar happened. First company retracted statement very next day because it was not true.

newbie, the problem is that these leaks, information to only a few, even private conversations with the company....then posted...is what infuriates me. I used to have periodic meetings with Mike Fernandez, the then President of TMMI. The pictures he painted were that TMMI was about to land some big deals; prior to DFMI and then with DFMI. History has shown none of it was true.

I know, it's not the same company right now but I can't imagine that this behavior is still happening at the corporate office. If the public can't know, a call in, or emailed shareholder can't know either. Come on TMMI......GROW UP and be a real company that follows the rules of corporate governance.
