Level 5 has purchased a 10% equity position in the VitaminFIZZ Brand. Level 5 holds the rights to purchase up to 56% interest in the brand, over the next five years. This acquisition is in addition to the existing licensing agreement that currently entitles Level 5 to 51% of the net revenues and operational control of the brand.
