Hi 13, hope all is well up your way. I ended up with a Fender Champ 40 for now, Tele has been great ever since i got it adjusted so to speak. The factory 3 brass saddles and string height were a bit off. Once i got the intonation as good as it will get, it sounds great. Will replace the saddles and bridge plate later.
