Well, she hit .53 with the Markman Runup in 2013, so I would think that we can expect that at a minimum. But with a very favorable outcome that has minimal constraint to the construct arguments would have to push it higher I would think. There would be less risk with a favorable outcome, and activision would have to be thinking settlement if that happens.
But there are smarter people than me on this board so they may have different opinion.
