Thanks, Renee. That is certainly not good news.

Will have to study the exact ramifications of this order and how it will apply to us as shareholders.

On May 2, 2014, First American Scientific Corp. received a delinquency letter sent by the Division of Corporation Finance requesting compliance with their periodic filing obligations

Email to me on 3/13/15 from Brian:

The SEC has not made any contact with me to date. I am aware of the risks. However, at this time FASC is short of cash to pay for the audit. I still keep our operation current monthly so when we are to pay for this it will go smooth. In Canada the only area is BC where trading is restricted that I am aware of. In terms of how optimistic I am this has not changed .

An out-and-out lie!

PS I just sent a email to Brian (cc Adam & Kelly) asking to explain his lie and what he intends to do about the suspension.

Maybe you can assist on answering about 12j revocations. You are very eloquent in doing so.

Too many posts to read (278 posts) since the market open announcement of the FASC SEC Suspension.

So, in case the subject may not have been addressed I will simply say that it is too late for an SEC Registrant delinquent filer to become compliant.

It is important for all concerned FASC shareholders to read about another stock that was also suspended for Financials delinquencies. That company filed ALL delinquent Financials after the SEC Suspension but the SEC Admin Law Judge essentially stipulated that it was too late for the company to become compliant in their filing obligations. The A.L.J. explained why.

Instead of speculating on what WILL happen to FASC I urge all interested readers to study the following SEC Admin Law Judge comments.

http://www.sec.gov/alj/aljdec/2014/id699jeg.pdf

And for the inquisitive, out of 1290 stocks in the following list that were Suspended for Financials delinquencies ALL 1290 had their registrations revoked.
