Wait, the issue here is that they gave Pete 90K for product and they never received any product but it's not Pete's fault?!?! O_o

How does that work? Pete took their money and ran with it. Now he's in court because of it. Pete has been served and if he doesn't show up, he most likely goes into default and yet another judgement against Pete that he'll never pay up on.

Quite the character Pete is huh? Amazing that people even think that he's got any ounce of integrity.
