It tells you that the amount of RECAF varies in the same individual, over time, in the below quote taken from the May 16, 2006 press release. Focus on the words "constant enough." It would seem fair that the words "definite" enough or "consistent" enough could also be used in place of the word "constant."

The quote from the press release:
"We do not know yet if the normal RECAF concentration is constant enough to make this personalization possible."

My only conclusion is that, as of May 16, 2006, BioCurex is stating that they do not know if the normal RECAF concentration is constant enough to use RECAF as an early screening or detection test for many kinds of cancer. The press release suggests that it might be if sequential blood tests were done on each person to see if their RECAF level is constant enough over time. kag
