I personally don't see a RS coming anytime soon

The way I would play it is get these new acquisitions finished and 8Ked (And from what I've been hearing are very good ones at that and should bring a rapid rise in the PPS) which I believe should reach at least the middle 00's if not higher

Then I would increase the AS by only 500 mil to exactly 3.5 billion (The same as many MJ and other stocks out there that are trading in the pennies) for more acquisitions and targeted partnerships that are already in the works from what I've been hearing)
Then in the spring of next year I would do a share buyback of the 3 billion shares if resources allow which will give you a very manageable 500 mil or I would do a 35 to 1 RS to bring it down to 100 million shares and get on a better exchange with real traders instead of this OTC cesspool

Anyways there it is in a nutshell IMO
