The chart makes no sense unless SRNA is dumping shares to raise capital and I doubt they are.

IMO, it's being piledrived by the market makers who are loading up with shares.

Remember, the float is only 24M, so when you have good volume and no dilution of the float, that is often bullish. Shorts can see the bid/ask stack and if the bid dries up, they can send the share price south on low volume.

I share your confusion. And as I continue to watch the market for the stock, I am concerned that there may be violations of Dodd Frank Act Section 747, to wit:

"SEC. 747. ANTIDISRUPTIVE PRACTICES AUTHORITY.

Section 4c(a) of the Commodity Exchange Act (7 U.S.C. 6c(a)) (as amended by section 746) is amended by adding at the end the following:

‘‘(5) DISRUPTIVE PRACTICES.—It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any trading, practice, or conduct on or subject to the rules of a registered entity that

...

‘‘(C) is, is of the character of, or is commonly known to the trade as, ‘spoofing’ (bidding or offering with the intent to cancel the bid or offer before execution)."

---------------------

I intend to watch the bids, offers and trades very closely, ... something here does not smell quite right. Let me emphasize that this does not relate to SRNA management, employees, most shareholders or other stakeholders in the company. Just the market makers and/or independent traders, who may have an intent to manipulate the stock price.
