When the audited financials come out you can debate this.
Well, that's a safe enough thing to say. Because they aren't coming out. If one could arrange for them to submit the 2013 financials they claim to already have done to the OTC, then a debate could start. But that won't be happening either.
Dec 2014 they claim 700M A/S, and 54.5M O/S.
Dec 2013 they claimed 25M A/S, and 6M O/S.
So the issued stock went up 900% in 1 yr, but that's not to be called dilution? But wait... the 2014 figure was after a 100:1 reverse split. Do you want to multiply the 2014 numbers by 100? Before the reverse split one had the A/S going from 25M to 70B, and the O/S from 64M to 5.4B, and you do not consider that to be dilution??????????
BTW - a microcap fraud doesn't raise it's A/S by 28 fold (post reverse split) just for giggles. By disguising or otherwise not telling SHs how it's paying for these bird seed acquisitions, one has no idea by looking at the OTC filings how far along they are to filling out the A/S with O/S issuance.
One year ago the PPS was:
04/21/2014 0.13 3,376,200
And it's going up? Is 0.0144 going up compared to last yr this time? Real high volume with that 6K shares. Too far back in time? Then how about the last time the stock went up to 0.0144:
