Not the only stock that goes down with news, you must know there is often dumping/ dilution into news though usually there is a spike at least. Like last week when amazingly the value was actually above pre-R/S for a moment...
But nothing good lasts long with the Rositano Bro's, all their stox might as well be named F-KUP!
Their history of pillaging their companies for their own salaries, perks and preferreds -- while not even giving the commons enough shares to pretend to have a vote or say in what they do -- is now common knowledge and no one trusts anything they do.
That said, this unusually high volume for this thing suggests there is a concerted effort to drive PPS down to re=load: one good run in her at least. Unless the company manages to do something/ make money but at this pt. no one believes their endless grandiose plans can amount to anything.
The new moniker must be an effort to overcome the uber-sleazy name and promo's the co's been running, sounds like a hooker/swinger site. Is there really a need for this, are they doing anything unique in this space, or just trying to broaden the appeal?
