One glaring thing I'd like to share. YOU DO NOT MAKE UP SHIT LIKE THIS. This is VERIZON and not some piece of crap pink sheet LOI or merger agreement. Huge liability in PR'ing a contract agreement with Verizon if it is NOT what is stated imo. Especially with close to $300K in trading $$'s past 5 hours. Hard to believe but I'm reading it. We shall see.
