Well, reading court documents is really helpful.

One of the reasons that Smokeless had problems and lost customers (I assume) is because good ol Petey didn't deliver the product.

He did take their MONEY - 90 THOUSAND DOLLARS.... Peter Michaels, DID NOT deliver the product.. so not sure how they could be at fault...but then again.. Petey is probably thinking it is all their fault since NOTHING is ever Petey's fault.

It cannot be argued that he took the 90K and didn't deliver

BUY the documents and read them very interesting reading for sure.

OR was it 89 thousand dollars.. that might be more exact..

PS Just read the complaints.. they are at the EXACT TIME that PETER MICHAELS DID NOT DELIVER the ECIGS to them...I will double check the court docs....

PETER MICHAELS PROMISED DELIVERY.. By FEB 2 2012....so good ol' Petey helped make trouble for Smokeless. Nice, Petey, really really nice.

Hey Petey doesn't only ruin his business, he ruins other people's businesses.

Nice try, but one has nothing to do with the other. Obviously they are at least supplying customers with real products, on a regular basis.
All companies that offer those "free trials" get these kind of complaints. Customers know full well going in but forget to cancel before the trial date ends.
This is also one sided, there isn't a way to know how the complaint was or wasn't handled by SS.
