Yeah, but everyone knows what clear liars he and Lavarov are. They use the trick, cause it works. It's psychology. Just tell people " no we didn't do that" , because people naturally want to believe, even though the facts say the complete opposite. Prime example , Angela Merkel , she just kept on buying his lies because she wanted to believe, and couldn't accept that she was getting bald face lied to by Putin. She finally wised up, I think.
