wrongjoe excellent post, reflects my thinking significantly.

rebbry, we're on the exact same wavelength it seems. You're really great to have around.

IHDR - - we can find common ground to mutual benefit, think we can verify this process as time goes forward. We have every right to think along these lines. But for now I am waiting for the 8k and how the PRs and professionalism goes into and after next week. I trust them, do not feel lied to, but the events need to be more consistent and more investor-friendly going forward (I honestly think they pulled off something very complicated this month guys). You're statement about identifying and solving problems is healthy and sane. I can't agree about class-action stuff at all, and think premature for a petition, but not unhappy there's a hammer on the stockholder's side taking no guff.

I sent a polite e-mail through the szng site requesting a statement from the new management, thinking I was somehow writing Russia (what a fool), only to see same e-mail posted yeterday as Parkin's pr e-mail address! Must have given given Parkin a good chuckle. But yes, I would not mind at all a movement after 8-k to demand that Malyshev address us in some way directly. All said, though, I really am not as alarmed by some of the things that have disappointed others.

I have noted gradual improvements being made on the szng website with each day and other things, think it will look like aurc site very soon. This baby giant is still in the incubator, let's not strangle it by expecting it to be an immediate pay-off. But after 8-k Malyshev, Parkin work for us as much as any other kind of shareholder and we have rights.

Financials do not show that the enterprise value is $1.25B, period.
