Good points! This one has a significant 'moat' in Georgia in that they are a very large provider. Dividend and the pullback related to oil/gas (I think) was my catalyst for starting with intention of long-term hold.
Aim purchase/sell opportunities will most likely be in-tune with industry/market gyration and will 'juice' investment as TF says.
The current dividend yield should provide approximately $300 annual cash flow based on shares purchased. Any future dividend increases are a pay raise:)
