Simple answer to that one. Every situation has a potential upside, it's all about timing and finding the bottom level on a stock. The failed pump and dump has artificially lowered the price to levels where it can rise very quickly and it has done that a few times recently.
Any OTC stock is a gamble, like I say, it's all about timing, price and opportunity. It only takes another group to pick it back up and run with it and this will fly. It's very thin when it does move.
