Not sure what you're looking at but the past month+ the volume has picked up considerably and it continues to ramp up as the price has moved up. The rally 8 months ago had a slight uptick in volume but it tapered down as teh price moved up, this time it's pretty clearly expanding. I do think there will be some battling in churning in the .30s, possibly around the range you mentioned, but the volume looks very promising and I think could sustain this breakout much better than the last attempt. Just my .02.
