The new OS is 9M. Obviously the trading float is a lot less. With this massive vol. we may see $20.00+ as early as today. Without any short trading, we could run to $40.00+ by end of month. Voltari is on cutting edge of iPhone , smart phones, iPads marketing Shell Oil, Pandora and a bunch of other Fortune 400 companies.
