Weird, I googled "Homeopathic Nausea Relief Nasal Spray" and Emesyl was the only product to come up. So yeah, you're pretty much wrong. There may exist non-homeopathic anti nausea nasal spray (I googled that too and still not a lot by any means) but Emesyl will be the first homeopathic anti nausea nasal spray.
