Unfortunately, they probably do no know anything about running a business, much less doing DD on a public shell. It looks like to me they are being led down a path that they know nothing about. The big question is by who? I read in another post Jason did their website. Is Jason and Kerry putting this deal together for shares and promoting this to someone who may be getting in over their head? Who would assume the millions in debt from PVEC and not even have an office? Very strange happenings here..
