Nobody is deflecting attention away from the CEO. I think SG is doing everything he can to promote the company. The drama comes when the verbage take on an accusatory tone as though we know the mind of SG. Yes, he has tried things that didn't work. I don't think all of a sudden he got stupedfied and set out to wreck the company. I am sure that all of the 16 people in the company does not view this as a scam. The 10-K was very transparent in every section. We will get a clearer picture when the 10-q is released. IMHO
