Why not put out a PR to announce this. Why hide it in the 10Q?

Exactly. Why? This company badly needs to investors to get excited. They know that everybody peruses the 10Q in detail, and all it took was one sentence in the 10Q, and the chatboard posters would be all over it. Way cheaper than a PR.

After seeing all the other nonsense here (plasmafication, Jorge Mesa and the Venezuelan funding, the VERS survey, the gold-detecting satellite technology, etc.), there is very good reason to doubt anything these guys say.
