They "first met" last year with VSPC because this was dreamed up last year. Almaden is not registered with CA SOS. Irshad's profile above shows he's been with Winergy for 9 years and he's a co-founder of Almaden who he's been with for 9 months.

Purina isn't interested, so VSPC makes up a feed company to "partner" with?
