Hey Buddy! Of course they are delinquent in reporting. What do they have to report? The only things this company makes are empty promises, unending self-promotion, dilution and steady losses.

All of the above are magic if you are in politics but not so much when your business is allegedly manufacturing. I say allegedly because their biggest "production run" appears to be two units. Huntington - Ingalls has a better production run of nuclear aircraft carriers at Newport News Shipbuilding; astounding given their limited number of buyers.

All the hype in the world can't hide the fact that a company that produces nothing but losses can't survive. The current stock price (down from something like 40 cents a share at peak) shows that no one seriously expects much from them.
