I am sure Sweeney will make them appear in court even if they are on vacation, most of those are already not working for Govt, like Paulson, Lockart, Demarco, Bernanke... Not sure if Jack Lew n Mel Watt goes on vacation like Congress, but this is much important case than their vacations :) FnF CEOs also will be ready to swing their bats by now....
