Bad sign missing fins like that, and then saying to expect them "in the near term" ....not a few days, not a week, near term could mean anything. Personally I think his hokey-pokey with shares and bookkeeping has finally come to roost and he can't post fins without hanging himself.
I don't think anything will ever arise out of evergreen LOI, just call the nice lady there who owns it ...she'll be glad to talk to you.

Anyone else notice on her website there is ZERO mention Tommy Chong, or any exclusive right she may have. Give her a buzz and ask!
